Modern treatment antiscalant based on softening alkaline substances, suitable for boiler feed water with low and medium pressure (max 100 Kg/cm2), effluent from sewage treatment plants, with residual hardness.
It is not corrosive to the inner surfaces of the boiler and does not contain volatile components and thus, since it is absent in the vapor phase, it can be used with safety even for the treatment of boilers intended for the production of steam for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The active ingredients contained in the product exert an action softening, stabilizing, alkalizing and anticorrosive.
Multifunctional product for steam generators fed with water of medium alkalinity (Alc. M <70 ppm) particularly designed for low and medium pressure boilers (max 35 Bar). It is not corrosive for the inner surfaces of the boiler and does not contain volatile components therefore, since it is absent in the vapor phase, it can be used with safety even for the treatment of boilers intended for the production of steam for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The active ingredients of the product exert an action descaling and anticorrosive/deoxygenating.
Deoxygenating product suitable for steam generators fed with high alkalinity waters. Effectively acts as antiscalant, dispersant of the hardness and deoxygenating; in addition its dealkalizing action, together with a proper tenor of purges, maintains the boiler water values in the limits of the regulations in force (its active components are FDA approved).
Conditioning polyfunctional liquid, of organic nature, which prevents the formation of corrosion and fouling in steam generators, in the corresponding supply lines and in closed circuits of hot water. Free from sulfites and from volatile components, it is suitable for application in thermal cycles that require the absence, in the steam, of substances incompatible with the production processes, as in the case of the food industry and pharmaceutical industry. Compared to classical sulphite based treatments, the product does not determine a significant increase of conductivity of the feed water, it acts rapidly and exerts a strong catalytic activity for the formation of a layer of extremely homogeneous protective magnetite. The active ingredients of the product exert a deoxygenating, antiscalant/dispersant and anticorrosive action.

Compared to traditional treatments with sulphite, the product does not cause a significant increase of conductivity of the feed water and, due to its active principles, acts rapidly by exerting a deoxygenating, descaling and anticorrosive action.
Totally volatile chemical treatment, free from hydrazine and its derivatives, suitable for circuits fed with high purity feed water and not subject to contamination. The product is made from a combination of organic agents suitably realized for the complete protection of the thermal cycle through its alkalizing, deoxygenating, passivating and degassing action.

Full chemical treatment free from hydrazine and its derivatives, for boiler feed waters, that is a combination of organic agents suitably realized for the complete protection of the thermal cycle. For its particular composition and the versatility of active ingredients, the product acts as an alkalizing of the whole steam/water system, as a deoxygenating of feed waters, passivating of oxidized surfaces of the circuit with formation of protective magnetite and degassing of the water system. In addition it keeps clean the system exchange surfaces through the synergistic action of not volatile dispersing and sequestering agents.
Protective treatment consisting of a mixture of condensed phosphates which protects against corrosion the condensate return pipes and prevents the formation of scale in the feed system and the economizers.
The active ingredients of the product protects metal surfaces exposed to treated condensate by a strong protective film-forming action and through the formation of stable complex saline structures.
Liquid solution, based on volatile neutralizing amine of morpholinic type, which prevents the corrosion of the condensate lines and all related equipment. The product has the property to volatilize with steam and to be present where the condensation begins, it is stable at high temperatures encountered in the boiler and does not form insoluble compounds in its neutralization reaction of carbon dioxide.
Treatment for condensate lines realized to control corrosion induced by carbon dioxide and oxygen in the piping system downstream of the steam generator. The anticorrosive action of the product is expressed through the formation of a monomolecular hydrophobic film on metal surfaces.
